Admitted to practice in 1994, specializing in Public International Law at the University Panthéon-Assas, Paris II, France, Postgraduate in Foreign Trade and Diplomacy of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Comprehensive Training for Public Defenders at the National Judicial School of the Dominican Republic (ENJ), Diploma in Criminal Procedure law from the PUCMM, Masters in Criminal Procedure Law from the PUCMM, Masters in Constitutional Law and Liberties from the University Castilla La Mancha, Spain; Diploma in Higher Education from the PUCMM, Litigation Clinic in the ENJ, Conciliation and Mediation in PUCMM, Awareness on Methods of Alternative Dispute Resolutions USAID and DPK, Training of Trainers for the Implementation of the New Code of Criminal Procedure of the ENJ, Seminar on the Judge of Enforcement of Verdicts, French Embassy and ENJ.

She has concentrated her practice in civil and criminal litigation. Worked for the law firm Vargas Flores in Santiago, Commission for Support of the Reform and Modernization of Justice, Dominican Center for Legal Advice and Investigations and the Office of Public Defense for the National District, as well as an independent legal practitioner. Since 2011, she works for the firm J Adames & Asociados.

Is the author of the book titled: “The Evidentiary Exclusion of Acts in Dominican Criminal Proceedings”.
Has accumulated rich teaching experience in different organizations, among which we highlight, Clinical Professor of Litigation for Public Defender Candidates before the National Judicial School (ENJ), Professor of International Conventions at the ENJ, Professor of Comparative law at PUCMM, Professor of Legal Translation at PUCMM, Professor of French at PUCMM both the Santo Domingo and Santiago campuses, Professor of Private International law at the PUCMM, Professor of Legal French at the French Alliance of Santo Domingo and Santiago, professor of Private International law of the Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo, professor of Legal French in the Masters of International Trade at Apec University, professor of Criminal Procedural Law at PUCMM, professor of Legal Practice at UNIBE University.
